GUNTOUCHABLES is a premium action game for PC developed by Game Swing. It is an online co-op horde survival roguelike with support for up to four players. In it, they take on the role of a group of survivors who are trying to save and take back the world from an army of mutants.  

Comparable to games like The Ascent or Greedland, GUNTOUCHABLES serves up fast-paced, non-stop action, wherein players will need to communicate and work together to accomplish their objectives and increase their chances of survival.  

Fight doomsday 

In GUNTOUCHABLES, you play as a group of preppers who are trying to reclaim a post-apocalyptic world from the clutches of a horde of mutant monsters. The catch is they are constantly evolving into bigger and more dangerous creatures, and you have to adapt on the fly and quickly to have a chance of fighting back and fending off their relentless attacks. 

Take on various objective-based missions across multiple locations, while taking on different types of enemies. Collect UpCrates throughout stages, which you’ll need to exchange for cash or perks to help during your runs. Choose from diverse character upgrades, and pick from a wide arsenal of upgradable weapons to create unique builds to deal with ever-changing situations and challenges. 

In between runs, your team must select mutations that will grant enemies new abilities and mutations. However, overcoming the added challenges will provide perks and bonuses over time. All that said, the upgrade feels underwhelming in GUNTOUCHABLES and doesn’t really provide much effect on general gameplay. Also, there’s no matchmaking feature built in, so you need to round up people to play. 

Potential for more 

All in all, GUNTOUCHABLES is a fun co-op horde survival roguelike that you can consider if you’re looking for something new to play with friends. The gameplay is frantic and engaging, and you need to think on your feet and adapt to ever-growing enemies. There’s plenty of room for improvement, but the core experience is good enough that it’s worth checking out.
