RAD is an action, rougelike game set in a world that has faced not one but two apocalypses. The game introduces you to Fallow, a radioactive wasteland filled with unknown and unspeakable creatures. For humans to survive, teenagers must set out of their settlements and fight monsters. To do so, they have to undergo an overhaul to their DNA, making them susceptible to mutations from the radiation affecting the world. Some of these mutations will help these teenagers beat back monsters quickly while some will add health. Players will take on the role of the teenage protagonist and venture on an action-packed adventure. As with other run-based, roguelike games, players can resume as another teenager when their character dies. However, the run will start over in the game's origin town. RAD is a 3D action game with an obvious 1980's rock n' roll style. The game environment is ever-changing, thrusting you to various maps as you play along.
