The Colony 2044 is a premium action game for PC developed by Nexrage Studios, currently on Early Access. It's a post-apocalyptic adventure that revolves around a colony of bunnies trying to defend themselves against vicious zombie attacks. Players must lead the pack and face all kinds of challenges while slowly establishing a new home. 

Similar to games like Last Outpost or Thronefall, The Colony 2044 combines base-building elements with real-time shooting defense and combat gameplay. Players must fight off hordes of the undead to keep their colony safe while trying to help it grow and thrive again. 

Hare-raising survival adventure

You are tasked with leading this pack through dangerous situations inside the forest as you slowly build a home and defend it from attacks by the undead. 

The core gameplay revolves around two core aspects and the first is the base-building element, wherein you must gather materials to be able to craft tools you'll need to build structures. Create houses wherein your colony will live, refineries for food and water, and even a workshop to let you construct various weapons that will help when waves of zombies come. 

You can also surround your settlement with defenses like fortified walls to slow down the undead. You also need to navigate social dynamics within your colony and prevent any disagreements and sources of discontent. The only thing to be aware of is that the game is still in Early Access, so it's not yet complete, and its development is ongoing.
