A multiplayer parkour showdown
Supermoves is a multiplayer action game where you and your friends can race to victory by running, jumping, and grinding on rails. This arcade-style parkour game, playable in both first and third person, offers a single-player campaign, as well as a level editor that allows you to create your own parkour challenges. Developed by Makea Games, it’s available on PC.
Supermoves is similar to games like Rooftop & Alleys: The Parkour Game, Mirror's Edge™ Catalyst, and SpeedRunners, wherein it gives players an exciting parkour platforming experience. With its fast-paced gameplay, it promises an adrenaline-packed adventure where mastering parkour techniques is key to outmaneuvering opponents.
A playground for creative runners
Supermoves offers eight multiplayer modes, supporting up to 40 players in a single match. Players can take on intense challenges like Rising Tide, where a constantly rising ball pit forces them to stay on the move or dive into the high-speed chaos of Sprint and Circuit races. For those craving more adrenaline, Bomb Tag and Obstacle Course provides fast-paced action, requiring players to defeat opponents before time runs out.
While the single-player Career Mode showcases goals and races in an arcade-style format. This mode offers a mix of epic races, high-stakes tournaments, and objective-based levels. Players can complete challenges in locations such as the School Gym, Rooftops, Plywood Park, Flatlands, and other level kits. The mode allows players to design their own unique parkour style and rise through the ranks in the Parkour Championships.
The game comes with an easy-to-use level editor called the “Makea Editor.” This tool can create custom courses, maps, and areas. Whether you want to design unique parkour races, intricate obstacle courses, creative game shows, or peaceful zones for relaxation. However, while you can design your own character, it lacks extensive customization options. It is not ideal for players looking for fully personalized fighters with unique skins, gear, or abilities.
Run with your friends
If you’re fond of watching people do parkour and mix things up with a creative flair, Supermoves is a must-try game. It offers a solo or multiplayer free running experience with more than one way to approach a race, allowing beginners and veteran players to have alternate options. With its easy-to-use level editor, it provides a worthy experience of running, jumping, and sliding through some of the most challenging obstacles.
