Play as three renowned physicians 

Set in the late Eastern Han Dynasty, an unknown illness spreads throughout the land, rendering the population vulnerable as fear and uncertainty grip the hearts of those who remain. In addition, this creates a cycle of disasters and produces unnecessary conflicts. Enter the five characters with varied backgrounds and experiences who band together to champion the cause of discovering the mastermind behind the unknown illness. 

Play as the self-proclaimed Hua Tuo, the peace-seeking Zhang Zhongjing, and Dong Feng, the medical master of Qing Nang Shu and Shanghan Lun—three renowned physicians—in the late Eastern Han Dynasty and set out on a purposeful journey, encountering various challenges in the form of puzzles and mini-games to bring to light what is continuously ravaging the land while treating various patients from complicated diseases in this card-driven story. 

Since the game features a tri-protagonist system, players can seamlessly switch perspectives to unfold the overarching plot, allowing them to experience the story from multiple viewpoints. It lets players make informed decisions as they frequently encounter choices throughout the game. Unfortunately, its ultimate drawback is the slow cutscene animation that can't be skipped even when the game is out of focus or minimized.
