Sky Link is a fast-paced aerial shooter game in which the player controls a futuristic aircraft from a first-person or third-person perspective. The game mode — UPLOAD — is a tactical 3V3 competition, but there are other game modes to experience. Sky Link is an online multiplayer game.

The gameplay style can be likened to many 3D vehicular combat games, including Carmageddon: Reincarnation and Mad Max, but Sky Link takes place entirely within the vehicles.

Aerial shooting at breakneck speed

Formally known as Drone Strike Force, Sky Link puts the player in control of their choice of a range of aerial combat vehicles in a futuristic setting. From there, the player is free to zip around the environment and participate in a number of online game modes against other players. It is primarily a PvP experience.

High-octane combat

Sky Link focuses on fast action and 360-degree combat, making for a particularly exhilarating gaming experience. Players will be competing against each other online, making it harder to predict what their opponents might try. There are also some interesting tools at the player's disposal, such as grappling arms that let players grab onto buildings or other structures and slingshot around using the momentum of their craft.

An impressive-looking game limited by adoption

The game features some impressive visuals which complement the smooth controls and flying physics. Unfortunately, the game is online only, and many players have complained that the lack of other players can make the experience disappointing. As a somewhat mitigating factor, there are multiple game modes to reduce the number of players needed, including 1V1 combat.
