Romestead Demo features a procedurally generated world, but you are only limited to the first two biomes of progression. Nonetheless, it still offers over 15 dungeons to explore, three bosses to defeat, and seven Roman gods to earn favors with—just enough content for a demo version of a game.

Players can also band together in co-op mode with up to eight players to survive the apocalypse. The game features deep RPG mechanics, offering a wide array of armor, weapons, and trinkets to equip and wield in battle against the undead.
