Features and Game Options

At its core. Mortars VR is a tower defense game. The user will have to successfully calculate variables such as height, distance and windage in order to vanquish nearby structures. The ultimate goal is to built the highest tower in the land by forging alliances and gaining more robust offensive components. A single-player option is available although as many as four players can compete within the virtual world (embracing the concept of strength in numbers). There are five different types of towers to select and each of these boasts its own strengths as well as a handful of weaknesses.

Mortars VR offers a hands-on appeal thanks to the inclusion of tracked motion controllers. Actions such as adjusting the angle of the cannon and toggling levels to fire a projectile place a fun spin on what might be otherwise called a rather traditional template.
