Mimic is an action-adventure game that places you on a doomed spaceship, the Icarus. As part of the crew, your mission is to escape the impending collision with the sun, all while surviving a deadly alien creature, the Mimic, that can disguise itself as any crew member. 

Adding to the chaos are murderous maintenance androids patrolling the ship, programmed to eliminate any potential threats. In this social-deduction game, players must work together, yet remain cautious, as trust is scarce. Much like the game Among Us, Mimic tests your ability to identify the imposter while executing a plan to survive.

Trust no one

In Mimic, you face a thrilling battle of trust and betrayal aboard a doomed spacecraft. In this online multiplayer game, you can play with up to eight people in private lobbies or join a five-player public matchmaking session. Each player takes on a unique role: the Crew must repair the escape shuttle, evade killer androids, and ensure their escape without the deadly Mimic infiltrating their party. 

Tension rises as one player assumes the role of a corporate Agent, secretly working against the Crew. They gather evidence, complete hidden objectives, and ensure that no one escapes alive but them. Meanwhile, the Mimic blends in as a human, waiting for the perfect moment to reveal its horrifying nature, feed, and propagate. Chaos unfolds as androids can be commanded to hunt players, sabotage escape attempts, and break alliances.

The game's private lobbies let you craft your own rules. You can increase the number of Mimics, add more deadly androids, or even introduce hazards like spreading fire. Meanwhile, uncovering audio logs and reports scattered across the ship reveals the haunting backstory of the Icarus and the Mimic's origins. Do note that the game depicts extreme gore and violence. Moreover, the flashing visuals may not be suitable for photosensitive players.
