God of Rock is a single- and multiplayer game that provides a unique type of PvP combat in the form of musical rhythms. Users will battle against one another by adopting unique skill sets and following along with a series of beats during the competition itself.

In some ways, God of Rock will fall into the same category as other player-versus-player fighting games, such as Friends Killing Friends. However, the fact that music is included within the overall gameplay provides a unique spin on such a classic genre.

Musical controls

Players will need to tap a series of buttons found on the lower portion of the screen. The key is to press these icons in accordance with the beats that are presented. Powerful runs can be created, resulting in combinations and unlocking new powers. These clashes come in the form of one-on-one battles.

Uncapped skill ceilings

There are no limits in regard to how far players can advance in each battle. In other words, both will continue tapping the buttons until only one player remains. This also signifies that opponents with relatively equal skills should enjoy a highly competitive experience.

Original songs and entertaining soundtracks

The developers who created God of Rock have also included an entirely unique soundtrack that is composed of no fewer than 40 original songs. Thanks to the ability to choose from 12 different characters and explore immersive arenas, this variety is then enhanced.

Rhythm-based action and excitement

Although some may feel that God of Rock is similar to musical RPGs, such as Frets on Fire, the inclusion of combat within this platform provides a breath of fresh air. Split-screen PvP battles and complex fighting combinations round out what this game has to offer.
