Divekick is a fighting game by Iron Galaxy. The game comes with two controls: Dive and Kick. This creates a unique action-packed but strategic gameplay. Dive causes the players to leap in various heights. Kick allows them to attack vertically. Players select characters parodying other video game characters and real-life people from the Fighting Game Community. Each character has their own stats, skills, and activated specials. The standard fighting game rules are modified to fit with the overall theme. Characters get knocked out if they got hit even once. There are also humorous mechanics like Gems System, Concussed, Hold The Line, and Fraud Detection. This game comes with two guest characters from different games. The first one is the nameless Fencer from Nidhogg, and the other one is Johnny Gat from Saints Row. The Story Mode is a single-player mode that narrates each character’s adventure into the Divekick tournament. Players can battle in the local or online multiplayer mode.
