CareBridge is a software solution that helps personal care services, home health services, and health plan care managers to improve their business performance through the use of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV). 

The solution consists of four modalities: Mobile app, beneficiary-based tablet, telephony/IVR, and fixed device. Additionally, CareBridge has been designed to be user-friendly and intuitive. It allows caregivers to check in and check out for visits in real time. CareBridge can be used by any caregiver who works for a service and is authorized to perform the visit.
