You can download this app from the Google Play store and will help you to know how to make an online appointment for the first time and get a repeat/review appointment. CMC Vellore offers online booking of appointments also.

How to make an online appointment for the first time:

Go to the "Online Appointments" section and select "Book for a doctor/hospital online" "Register Patient" or "Change Registration Date".

On the next page, enter the details as required, including patient name, address, gender, age, contact details, doctor's name and details, doctor specialty, appointment date and time, and payment method.

Make sure you've entered your email and phone numbers correctly.

You will receive an email confirmation message.

Once you've confirmed, your details will be saved and you will be able to view the appointment details, in the "Appointments" section.

Once your appointment is complete, your doctor's details will be saved, along with a unique appointment number.

Now you can make another appointment with the same doctor.

How to make a repeat or review appointment:

Click on "View Doctor's Details" and enter your appointment number.

You can then enter the details, along with the payment details.

Enter your email address and click the "Pay Now" button.

Your doctor will get an email confirmation with your details and details of your appointment.
