The application is developed to provide a convenient platform to distribute the COVID-19 vaccine in the country. In order to make distribution more convenient, the government of Bangladesh is developing a web portal and mobile application. The mobile application allows the users to register for the COVID-19 vaccine, check the status of their application, download the vaccine card, and download the certificate. For identification verification purposes, the person applying for the COVID-19 vaccine must supply their National ID number or birth certificate number. The applicant's details, such as their date of birth and cell phone number, will be verified using this data. Also, the applicant must consent to receive the vaccination and specify the intended address for vaccination.
