The AI is more sophisticated than in earlier Yakuza games, leading to more elaborate fight sequences, particularly where bosses are concerned. In this remastered version, improved animation makes the fights look better than before.

An adult-oriented crime saga

Yakuza 5 Remastered is very much a game for adults. It pulls no punches in offering a brutal crime saga, with both sex and violence major parts of its storyline. As with the other Yakuza games, children should keep well away from the title.
