They Are Billions is a real-time strategy game set in the zombie apocalypse. You take control of a settlement of survivors and must expand your settlement while protecting it from both wandering zombies and periodic hordes.

An asymmetric RTS

Most RTS games focus on military conflict, pitting more or less evenly-matched sides against each other in battle. In They Are Billions, however, you use familiar RTS mechanics to play a more survival-oriented game, combining elements of both RTS and tower defense. You'll need to explore the randomly generate map, to find resources, generate energy, build necessary structures, expand your army, and more. Wandering zombies can pose a threat to your explorers and outposts, but the real danger is the hordes that periodically rampage through the map. When they come, you'd better hope that yoru weapons and defenses are ready. They Are Billions has simple graphics with a dark, steampunk-influenced visual style.
