The clinical team of TELUS Health Virtual Care can provide help with health-related questions, triage and diagnosis, lab tests and imaging, prescriptions or renewals, and specialist referrals. Over 50% of questions and concerns that usually require a visit to a doctor's office can be addressed on this app, including mental health support, cold and flu, medication renewals, sinus issues, UTIs, skin issues, travel medicine, eye issues, sexual health, and family planning.
