The application offers free consultations with licensed clinicians who can help elaborate a care plan tailored to your needs. TELUS Health Virtual Care can address over 50% of questions and concerns that would usually take you to the doctor's office, making it a convenient and easy option for a wide variety of common issues.

Our clinical team can assist with health-related questions, triage, diagnosis, lab tests and imaging, prescriptions or renewals, and specialist referrals. The application can also provide support for mental health, cold and flu, medication renewals, sinus issues, UTIs, skin issues, travel medicine, eye issues, sexual health, and family planning.

It is important to note that TELUS Health Virtual Care is currently available only through employee or student health plans. The application is not meant for medical emergencies, and our healthcare practitioners do not prescribe controlled substances. TELUS Health Virtual Care is not a replacement for your family doctor and should not be your primary point of contact for chronic diseases, cancer, or other complex care.
