STRIDEN is a fast-paced team-based action, survival game with intense shooter mechanics. In STRIDEN, each match sees five teams of four players race to collect 15,000 points. Points come from scavenging supplies from food, weapon parts, and blueprints — securing strongholds to build defenses, weapon workstations, and the vital radio needed for extraction. Players must balance combat and base strengthening for survival. However, users have commented that the PvP mode lacks structure.

The game features five distinct classes: Assault, Engineer, Medic, Scout, and Support, each bringing unique tools and tactical advantages. But what sets it apart are the "Powerspikes": special temporary powers unlocked by scoring, such as summoning a nuclear bear, moose artillery, airstrikes, or radar sweeps. These oddball twists add thrilling chaos to strategy-heavy combat.
