ResumeGrade is used by university placement teams, TPOs, placement officers, principals, and college management across India to manage the campus recruitment cycle. The platform scores student resumes against a consistent rubric, flags at-risk students before placement drives begin, and provides structured data for NAAC documentation and institutional reporting.

Key concepts

• Placement readiness score: A 0 to 100 score across six dimensions: resume structure, evidence quality, skill coverage, role fit, JD alignment, and completeness. Above 75 is competitive for most Indian campus drives. Below 60 is at shortlist risk.

• At-risk student: A student whose resume is below the shortlist threshold, shows no improvement after feedback, or has not submitted materials before placement drives. Early identification (third year) is the highest-impact intervention.

• Batch scoring: Automated scoring of an entire student cohort using a consistent rubric, producing a ranked list with dimension-level breakdowns and automatic at-risk flagging.
