Unlike the typical button-mashing, the combat in Resonant Blade employs rhythm-based mechanics, wherein you need to sync your attack to Resonant Tones to land hits. Do three consecutive attacks to trigger a Triad Ability for more damage. Explore the futuristic world of Terra, divided into multiple distinct biodomes during your journey, each featuring different enemy types and bosses to face.

The game also boasts highly interactive environments with puzzles to solve and secrets to uncover that give you more insights into why the synths went rogue and how to put a stop to them once and for all. On a side note, there is a moderate learning curve at the beginning to get used to its combat system, but it is well worth the effort to learn.
