Pixel Shinobi is a premium action PC game by developer Level Up Studios. It is a 2D side-scrolling platforming adventure starring a green ninja warrior on a quest to save the world. He will go on to defeat monsters and stop the source of a mysterious darkness threatening to envelop the entire land. 

Ninja warrior 

In Pixel Shinobi, you play as the Green Ninja, who’s on a dangerous mission to save the land from a mysterious darkness on the verge of engulfing everything. Face a wide variety of enemy monsters across multiple biomes. Combat employs both a melee sword and a ranged bow. Evade attacks with your dash and block incoming fire with your shield. 

There are also bosses at the end of each stage that you need to defeat in order to move on to the next level. Add to that the various traps and platforming challenges along the way, and it’s not much of a surprise that this game comes with a steep difficulty curve that some players will find too hard.
