Do you know how much of a pain it is to play an online multiplayer game? To do that you have to deal with countless number of NPCs, especially on the PvP servers. They might behave in an unexpected way and the game can get frustrating. The problem is that most of them are not designed with the player in mind, they just come out as a bullet and hit your character.

With Ped Damage Overhaul you can get rid of the pain. It is a mod that lets you make the NPCs behave in a "gamey" way. They will act more like they have been hit by a bullet. This means that they will not just shoot you, they will also react to your attack.

It is recommended to play on "Hard" difficulty (to not make the game easier) if you are not using any balance or damage mods.
