You can make changes to almost every aspect of the game, and do so without needing to mess with the code. All you need to do is install this mod and then go to the main menu. You’ll see a new section there called "TDO" (Time Dilation Overhaul). Click it, and you’ll see a new menu. From there, you can change almost every aspect of the game.
