PCTS (Pregnancy, Child Tracking & Health Services) is an online system used as an effective planning and management tool by the government of Rajasthan's medical, health, and family welfare department. It is a mobile app based on a web-based system that allows the Rajasthan Govt to track all family health-related activities, from pregnancy to child delivery. It facilitates the ANMs to digitize the source and helps them be aware of the women who are at risk of getting pregnant and those who are already pregnant.

The system is used to monitor pregnant women, and case-specific monitoring resulted in a reduction in maternal/infant mortality. The system also helps the women to track the pregnancy, the baby, and the child. It also helps the women plan their delivery and manage the post-delivery period.
