PCTS is a mobile app developed by NATIONAL INFORMATICS CENTRE that serves as an integral part of the Pregnancy, Child Tracking & Health Services Management System. This online system is a vital planning and management tool utilized by the Medical, Health & Family Welfare department of the Government of Rajasthan. The app aims to streamline the digitization process for overgovernment health institutions in the state.

The PCTS app offers a range of features including online tracking of pregnant women, case-specific monitoring to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates, better health surveillance, improved child health through enhanced vaccination programs, and facilitation of institutional delivery. Moreover, the app aids in identifying cases for sterilization for population control, monitoring sex ratio at birth, generating alerts for immunization dropouts, maintaining an online directory of health institutions, and providing infrastructure planning support.
