Onigiri is an action-centric MMORPG that offers a unique progression system. This anime-based 3D action game sweeps you to a fantasy world inspired by medieval Japanese mythology. Instead of picking classes, players must switch between weapons to kill the Youkai. You can either join a party of other players or travel with 8 NPC companions throughout the game. Onigiri offers real-time combat and multiple difficulty modes, making it an exciting game for both casual and competitive players. Moreover, it has anime-style characters and Japanese voice-acting that will surely appeal to JRPG fans. However, while its anime-style players bring a fresh look to the game, the same cannot be said to the graphics and music, which are dated and mediocre. Plus, it has a confusing menu system and does not let you re-map controls. If these issues are fixed, Onigiri can be one of the best in its class.
