Облако здоровья (Health Cloud) is a modern and comprehensive project aimed at providing timely medical assistance to people who need additional specialized help or a "second opinion" on their illness. The project offers free remote consultations for patients with specific diseases who are being treated either in a hospital or as an outpatient in various regions of Russia.

The project is carried out by specialists from federal medical centers such as the National Medical Research Center of Cardiology, the National Medical Research Center of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology, the Federal Scientific and Clinical Center of Otorhinolaryngology and the National Medical Research Center of Surgery named after A. V. Vishnevsky. Patients can register and apply for a remote consultation with a specialist physician from their chosen medical center.
