e-SUS AD is an Android application developed by Serviços e Informações do Brasil for exclusive use in the Home Care Services (Better at Home) of the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS). Its purpose is to record clinical information that will be integrated into the Electronic Citizen Medical Record (PEC), as well as to capture production data from Multiprofessional Home Care Teams (EMAD) and Multiprofessional Support Teams (EMAP). It needs PEC software installation for information aggregation through synchronization.

This mobile and electronic tool aims to improve the work process of teams by offering a way to register information on-site, making the process more agile and with less risk of data loss. With e-SUS AD version 2.0, it is possible to register clinical and production information, as well as to edit citizens' follow-up records in the Home Care Services.
