The MyCareLink™ Smart Monitor for Pacemaker Patients provides remote monitoring of a pacemaker or other heart device, as well as a secure platform for sending heart device information to your doctor between clinic visits or whenever you’re not feeling well.

The app is accessible with a MyCareLink™ Reader, which is provided by your doctor or healthcare facility. The device must be prescribed to the patient by a doctor and then authorized by the patient’s healthcare provider.
