Medtronic Inc. has developed the MyCareLink Smart US app for iPhone users to help heart device patients stay connected to their doctors. This app is specifically designed for pacemaker patients, including CRT-P, and combines a Reader and an app to conveniently send heart device information remotely to the doctor between clinic visits or when the patient is not feeling well. Please note that the app can only be used with a MyCareLink Smart Reader, which is prescribed by the patient's doctor. It is important to seek a doctor's advice before making any medical decisions.

With the MyCareLink Smart™ Mobile App, Medtronic pacemaker patients can easily send heart device information wherever they go, as long as they have their Reader with them. Additionally, the app allows patients to view the date they last sent heart device information to their clinic.
