Medici SINFONIA is a free Android app developed by So.Re.Sa. S.p.A. that serves as the official app of the Campania Region for General Practitioners and Pediatricians. With this app, doctors can easily access various functions, including an immediate list of all their patients' records, with the possibility of applying filters. The app also allows doctors to receive real-time notifications of their patients' results, register and monitor the therapeutic plans, register the outcome of the swabs performed on all the patients of the Regional Registry SINFONIA, record the vaccinations administered to their patients, and view the results and attachments of all the swabs in the regional SINFONIA platform. Doctors can also consult statistics for vaccinations, swabs, gender, age groups, and access biometric login for maximum security.

It is important to note that the app is exclusively reserved for all General Practitioners and Pediatricians in the Campania region. To access the app, users must possess access credentials to the regional SINFONIA platform or alternatively use SPID.
