Medici SINFONIA is the official app for General Practitioners (MMG) and Pediatricians (PLS) in the Campania region. This user-friendly app provides access to a range of useful features. Firstly, it allows users to access the personal information of their patients, with the option to apply filters for easy navigation. Additionally, the app provides real-time notifications for test results of patients. Users can also register and monitor therapeutic plans, as well as track the health status of patients in isolation, quarantine, or recovery.

Medici SINFONIA also allows users to record the outcomes of COVID-19 tests for all registered patients. All test records can be easily accessed through the app. Furthermore, the app enables users to record administered vaccinations, view COVID-19 exemptions for patients, and access test results and attachments from the regional SINFONIA platform. Users can also view health monitoring reports sent through the e-COVID SINFONIA app and register patient adhesions for vaccinations.

The app provides access to various statistics related to vaccinations, tests, gender, and age groups. Additionally, users can view certificates for the start and end of COVID-19 isolation. The app ensures maximum security with biometric access.

Please note that Medici SINFONIA is exclusively available to General Practitioners and Pediatricians in the Campania region. Access requires valid credentials for the regional SINFONIA platform (Anagrafe Unica or e-COVID Sorveglianza) or alternatively, the use of SPID.
