Mafia: The Old Country - Man of Honor is an official downloadable content (DLC) for the action-adventure game Mafia: The Old Country. Developed by Hangar 13 and published by 2K, this add-on content expands Enzo Favara's story and continues the base game's narrative.

Mafia: The Old Country - Man of Honor takes place in the winter of 1905, during the time skip in the main campaign. Similar to its base game, this DLC retains the highly realistic graphics and the same cinematic experience that everyone, both avid fans and newcomers, loved in the original title.

Assist Ennio Salieri

In Mafia: The Old Country - Man of Honor, the year is 1905, winter. Set in Sicily months after Enzo Favara's initiation, and after proving himself a loyal and dependable soldier of the Torrisi crime family, he must now work with a man named Ennio Salieri, a newly released member of the Torrisi crime family from prison, hell-bent on taking revenge on those who have wronged him.

This DLC includes two new chapters, centering on helping Salieri exact his revenge and guiding him on a path that could change the trajectory of his life. As Favara and Salieri's partner, you must face challenging fights, sneaky assassination missions, and exciting car races. In addition, the Free Ride mode features fresh, exclusive missions, thanks to Salieri himself.

There are new mission types available, such as finding secret stashes of valuable items, delivering high-value vehicles to Salieri, and seizing trucks filled with goods. Free Ride mode also offers new discoverables, including Wanted Posters, Stunt Jumps, and Sulfur Trucks. However, this game is not for everyone, as it features intense violence or gore, suggestive themes, and strong language. And since it's a DLC, accessing it requires the base game.

A substantial addition

Mafia: The Old Country - Man of Honor is a worthwhile addition for fans who want to experience more of Enzo Favara’s story. Its new chapters, combat encounters, car races, and Free Ride missions provide plenty of fresh content. However, its mature themes and requirement to own the base game may limit its appeal. Overall, it is a solid DLC for players seeking more action and story.
