What is the Full Dialogue Interface?

In the game, you can talk to almost any NPC or player-controlled character. However, the audio is really difficult to understand, and even harder to control. The game provides a Full Dialogue Interface, which allows you to change the audio to a much more user-friendly format.

This mod replaces some files in the data folder in order to function.
