A hand-held gun or weapon which is held, typically with one hand, and used for self-defense, recreation, or warfare. A gun held in one hand is sometimes called a single-handed gun, or just a regular revolver, for example. Guns have also been used as auxiliary weapons in warfare, mainly during combat assault missions.

The One-Handed Revolver mod changes the two-handed grip on the revolvers to a one-handed grip.

The new animations are based on a model that was created by the developer of the game, it was originally intended to be used in the game. It was later released as a separate mod and is no longer supported by the developer of the main game.
