It’s within the same vein as other bug-fix mods, such as the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch and Buffout 4. While it doesn’t add anything new to the game, it is an incredibly easy fix for the dreaded ‘LOOKUP FAILED’ error message that many have experienced with the Full Dialogue Interface mod.

Fix the error

Lookup Failed is an excellently made, simple fix for an otherwise troublesome error. While it doesn’t work for some users with similar issues, it commonly solves this error completely. Even if you still have problems, the guides provided by the mod’s creator help solve many other Creation Club-related issues.

The mod receives updates at around the same time that Full Dialogue Interface does. Due to the slow development of the Full Dialogue Interface, Lookup Failed hasn’t had an update in some time. However, the guides and support on the Nexus page are still alive and helpful.
