The LIFT Session is a free tool for coaches of the LIFT program to help them to bring their clients' fitness to the next level. This is done by allowing them to take pictures of their clients during their workouts. By clicking on the picture, clients will be able to see the name of the coach and the time of the session, as well as the pictures taken.

The image of each client is sent to the online coaching center, where the coach will be able to provide more details about the client, as well as to the coach of the client, for example the client's weight, heart rate, and other metrics.

With this solution, coaches will be able to keep in touch with their clients, to improve their results and reach the next level of fitness.
