It Was You is a premium action title for PC developed by Snowfall Games. It's a multiplayer murder mystery adventure wherein players will participate in a twisted party game. One will be given the role of a killer while avoiding being exposed and found out by those assigned as a detective.

Similar in concept to other games like LOCKDOWN Protocol and Deceive Inc., It Was You is all about deception and sly tactics to get the upper hand. Players must do whatever it takes to accomplish their objectives and perform their roles, with no one the wiser. 

Killer vs. Detective 

It Was You starts with a group of friends preparing for a Halloween party at the abandoned Tylock Estate. It's a murder mystery affair that promises to be a life-changing experience. Each one is assigned a special role as either a killer or a detective. However, things take a turn for the worse when someone gets murdered, and no one has a clue who the culprit is. What started as a seemingly harmless activity becomes a quest for survival. 

Begin a game with five to twelve players, with some assigned as killers and another as a detective. As the former, use your cunning to systematically take out victims while ensuring no evidence will point to you. As the latter, gather clues and investigate the crime scene using investigative tools to detect footprints, uncover fingerprints, and even follow trails of blood to help you single out the suspect among you. 

Special NPCs can single you out if you get caught in the act, so be wary of them or just take them out first. Discover secret passageways to get around faster and avoid getting caught. Now, if all this piques your interest, you'll have to wait since It Was You is not out yet, and there is no specific release date for it either.
