Upon receiving the prescription, orders are processed promptly and shipped via courier to the user's preferred address. Additionally, users can securely transmit documents such as exemption certificates, caregiver ID cards, medical reports, etc., directly to the platform. The app's Wound and Bandage Material Management collaborates with over 70 payers and statutory health insurance funds, offering access to a vast range of products from more than 147 renowned manufacturers. Moreover, users can leverage the Wound Healing Competence Center (WHCC) for optimizing wound treatment based on provided documentation and images, including remote diagnostics for positive treatment outcomes.
