IKK Kunden-App is a new service that makes it possible to take a photo of your bonus check or your certificate of incapacity for work and send it directly to the insurance company. The application is designed to make it easy to complete your insurance application online in a few minutes. 

The process is very simple and only requires a few clicks. In order to take a picture of your bonus check, you need to go to the IKK web portal and log in. After that, you can use the 2-factor authentication (2FA) of the application to release processes that are worth protecting in the online office.
