TennCare Connect is a mobile application for people with insurance through the Tennessee Care Access and CHP Benefit programs. You can use the app to check the status of your claim, view your letters, and send us a photo of the required documents. If you are eligible, you can also update your contact information or add/edit pregnancy records.

How can I access the app?

If you are receiving insurance through the Tennessee Care Access program, you will need to be a member of the TennCare Connect program to access the app. If you are a member, you will need to enter your username and password to log in. If you are not a member, you will need to complete an application to be granted access to the app.
