Get Set - Train Smarter is an iOS app developed by the International Olympic Committee to help prevent sports injuries through structured warm-up exercises. Created in conjunction with the 2014 and 2016 Youth Olympic Games, this app is a collaboration between multiple sports organizations and Making Waves AS. It aims to provide evidence-based workout routines for young talents, coaches, and anyone engaged in physical activity.

The app offers a wide range of exercises presented through videos with detailed descriptions on correct execution. With variations and 3 levels of difficulty, users can progress gradually. Tailored to 55 different sports and specific body parts, the exercises are designed to be carried out with minimal equipment, ensuring accessibility and safety.
