Get Set is an app designed to help you get the best warm-up exercise for each of your sports. Whether you want to improve your athletic performance or simply get ready for your next big competition, Get Set will help you achieve your goals.

What does Get Set offer?

Our warm-up exercise program is based on the best evidence-based warm-up exercises that will help you get your body ready for your next sports event.

The program consists of 3 different levels. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. The beginner level is designed for beginners, and the intermediate and advanced levels are designed for people who have some experience in their sport.

Each sport has its own unique warm-up exercise program. The exercise program for each sport is tailored to the injury risk profile of that sport. For example, the program for skiing is different from the program for cycling.
