Gentleman Dress Up is a visual novel created by independent developer tsingeli. It is a fan game based on the popular VN Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony. However, this game will not feature the brutal action that the game is known for. It stars Gonta Gokuhura in his pursuit of becoming a gentleman that will be accepted in the society. You, the player, will need to help him dress up for various gentlemanly occasions. 

From a fighter to a gentleman

Gentleman Dress Up is a very simple game, much like the simulation games of the same premise. The instructions are very straightforward. Upon starting the game, Gonta will greet you and tell you about the event he is supposed to be dressing up. All the dress requirements will be mentioned before you head the dressing up part. Gonta has a wardrobe full of clothes that you can browse, from pants and shirts to formal wear. You can also put on accessories and even change Gonta’s hair and eyes. 

Once you think Gonta has dressed appropriately, you can click the done button and see if you’ve done a good job. The game will score you based on how well you follow the dress code. Some of the beloved characters from NDRV3 will show up if you get a certain score. This adds another fun aspect to the game, as you can start collecting them as well. 

Gentleman Dress Up showcase a nice and colorful art. It even does a good job of animating Gonta. However, you may run into some issues, especially with the running of the app. You need to have Adobe Flash installed and enabled in order to run the dress-up game in your browser. 

Fun, but not that really rewarding

If you are a fan of NDRV3, then Gentleman Dress Up will be a breath of fresh air for you. The game is very simple, with colorful art that will fit casual gamers. However, it can be a bit repetitive since all you will do is dress up Gonta for every occasion that he must go to. There is also no reward system to make it more interesting, aside from trying to see other NDRV3 characters in every scoring.
