Ultimate ragdoll game

Fun with Ragdolls: The Game is an indie simulation game created by Jadon Barnes. The video game offers three types of play, where you can create and explore worlds for you and your ragdolls to interact with. Whether you build your maze of destruction, play against Ragdoll AI, or dive into the worlds, the game includes many features that Ragdoll fans enjoy.

In Fun with Ragdolls: The Game, you’re a ragdoll, and the fun comes from flopping, crashing, and interacting with everything around you. Whether you’re smashing through environments or just admiring physics, the focus here is pure chaos.

Chaos meets creativity in a sandbox of physics

Fun with Ragdolls: The Game allows players to choose from 3 types of play: Sandbox, Mini-game, and Explore. In Sandbox, you’re given a space that has no end. You’ll need to go to the Build Item menu, where you can find a large selection of tools like giant Fans, Black Holes, and Lasers. It’s up to you to piece them together and create a world your ragdolls will interact with.

Explore is a collection of pre-built environments. Some of them are created by the developer, while the rest are created by other users. Otherwise known as the community world browser, you can download worlds submitted by other players; it’s your copy of their world, so you get to make changes, decide what’s touchable and non-touchable, and so on. The game lacks a multiplayer mode, but you can play with Ragdoll AI in any of the mini-games available.

Simple physics canvas now expanded.

One of Fun with Ragdolls: The Game’s mini-games is a tower defense game where you must reach the base of the opposing ragdolls without getting hit. The physics-based animations are greatly improved, including when driving vehicles and crouching underneath structures. You can also create epic visuals with your ragdolls using the cinematic camera generator. However, it lacks narrative structure or traditional game progression

This game has seen major updates such as version 2.0, which added cross-platform mod support via mod.io, allowing players on both Steam and mobile to share custom worlds and creations.  Improvements in this update also include adjustable world settings, destructible chain reactions, better performance for larger builds, and new camera tools, like free camera and cinematic generator for capturing gameplay highlights. These updates expand the creative toolkit, while the sandbox mode feels more expressive.

A creative playground of ragdoll chaos

Fun with Ragdolls: The Game thrives as a physics-driven sandbox where imagination takes the lead, offering endless experimentation through custom worlds, ragdoll interactions, and shareable creations. Its updates improve creative tools and performance, making it more expressive and polished for builders and chaos lovers. However, the absence of story progression and multiplayer limits long-term engagement for goal-oriented players. Still, for freeform sandbox fun, it delivers a uniquely playful experience.
