Flight Catastrophe is a premium PC simulation game from Trigger Labs. It is a unique flight simulator experience wherein players will tackle various flight emergency situations when things go wrong. They must carefully assess problems and devise a solution, all while ensuring the safety of the plane's passengers and crew.

Flight risk

In Flight Catastrophe, you're basically a risk prevention and troubleshooting expert aboard a passenger plane and given the task of tackling and solving emergency situations during flight. Take on different problems and refer to your checklist to determine if anything is wrong and needs to be addressed immediately to avoid delays or worse, accidents.

Your duties also include hiring capable crew members, upgrading infrastructure, and buying new planes. Over time, you will even get to unlock new flight destinations around the world. Unfortunately, the gameplay is rather shallow and convoluted to understand. It also feels unpolished and unfinished with messy UI design, missing sound assets, and many other issues.

Grounded and a no-fly

Flight Catastrophe presents a compelling premise with its focus on in-flight crisis management and airline operations. However, despite its unique concept, the execution falls short. Shallow gameplay systems, an unpolished interface, and technical issues prevent it from fully taking off. With refinement, it has potential, but as it stands, it's a rough ride even for simulation fans.
