The Digipay system is based on Aadhaar authentication, which eliminates the threat of any fraud and malicious activity. It also does not have any hidden charges involved. Although, it requires a smartphone with OTG support for a Biometric scanner. However, logging in does not end with a fingerprint password. It also requires a one-time password (OTP), which the app often takes ages to send to your number. 

What does the app offer?

Even better, it offers a good commission without any investment. And as it uses Aadhaar authentication, you are ensured that your money is safe from various malicious activities. It requires a valid Aadhar number before you can create your account.

Moreover, it needs its users to enter a one-time password every time they log in. However, while it does tighten the security, the app takes too long to send the OTP to the user's number. With this, logging in alone eats a lot of time. More than that, the app is prone to crashing, hindering you from completing any transaction. Worse, it has poor customer service.

All in all, Digipay plays a vital role in making cashless transactions in India. The app offers various online banking services that work even in far-flung and banking-deprived areas. However, as it is, it could use some improvement. Logging in alone can be a hassle. Not to mention, the app is so unstable that it is hard to conduct any transaction.
