With it, tasks like paying bills, booking transportation and hotel tickets, and even getting certificate courses are quickly achievable.

One-stop platform for different services

Digital Seva has been developed with a multi-pronged approach, serving as a one-stop platform for services from various government departments and e-governance centers. Catering to users in India, it only requires the VLE’s CSC credentials for login. Then, it can be used to access services like Aadhaar, insurance, health, bill payments, and more.

Furthermore, it can also be used to book train, flight, and hotel tickets. Interested parties can even acquire certifications in courses from multiple partner educational institutions. On a different note, however, its interface looks rather outdated in terms of aesthetics. Plus, it can only cater to Indian VLEs.

Beneficial but has a limited scope

Digital Seva is a handy tool to have for Indian VLE—however, it won’t be of any practical use to anyone who isn’t an Indian VLE for the same reason. The mobile app is packed with CSC-related services and features, and the user only needs their CSC credentials to log in.
