Deco Pic is a multimedia application from Samsung Electronics. Free to use, it allows users to liven up their photos and videos by providing access to various masks, frames, and stickers. It also comes with a large library of moving GIFs that you can apply to your previously-taken images.

Deco Pic works like any camera app. You only have to choose the effect you want to use and tap the capture button to take a picture or hold the button to capture a video. Note, however, that the app requires permission to access your camera, storage, audio, and even telephone.

Although, the app also requires access to your telephone app, which some users may find a bit weird. Don't worry, though. The developers explained that this is for the app to continue to work while on a phone call.

Once done, you can access the features that the app offers. As mentioned, Deco Pic comes with various GIFs, masks, frames, and stamps. There is an individual section for each feature, where you can choose the one you want to use. You can also adjust the size to suit your photo. Aside from pictures, you can also apply them to your video.

This is a camera app designed for Samsung Galaxy phones. If you own one, chances are the app is already installed silently on your device. If you don't, however, the app can be installed easily. It also takes up less than 100MB of your storage. However, note that since it is part of the Samsung suite of apps, there isn't a standard option to uninstall or delete it.

Overall, Deco Pic is an app that you can use to liven up your pictures and videos. With this, you can have access to various effects that you can apply to the images and clips you capture.
